His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has conveyed greetings and good wishes of the Government and the people of the Maldives to His Excellency President Gitanas Nausėda, Prime Minister His Excellency Gintautas Paluckas, the Government, and the people of Lithuania on the occasion of their Restoration of State Day.
In his message addressed to President Nausėda and Prime Minister Paluckas, President Dr Muizzu also conveyed his personal best wishes for their good health and happiness, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Lithuania.
The Restoration of the State Day of Lithuania marks the signing of the Act of Independence on 16 February 1918.
