President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has extended greetings on the occasion of National Grandparents Day.
In a post shared on the social media platform 'X', the President stated that the country needs the wisdom and guidance of every grandparent to raise a strong new generation.
National Grandparents Day is celebrated every year on September 1. It is a day to honour and recognise the contributions of senior citizens to the nation and their families.
