At the inaugural meeting held after the ceremony, the President underscored the primary objective of establishing the National Advisory Committee on Youth. He emphasized that the youth represent the largest demographic in the country, making it crucial for them to actively participate in the governance and overall development of the nation. He also urged the youth to share their perspectives and visions, as this initiative takes its course.
During the meeting, the Board members conveyed their gratitude to the President for providing the youth with the opportunity to engage in national affairs. The President was briefed on the Board's plans to heed the concerns and sentiments of youth across various regions of the country.
