President Dr Mohamed Muizzu offered condolences today to the family of the late Mohamed Zaki, who served the state for over 47 years and was conferred the National Award for Public Service in 2023.

In a message posted on the social media platform X, President Dr Muizzu extended his condolences to the family of the deceased and prayed for Mohamed Zaki to be granted Jannah.

Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef also conveyed condolences to Mohamed Zaki's family in a post on the same platform.

Mohamed Zaki began his service on March 3, 1973. He had been serving as a senior printing supervisor at the Department of Public Examinations when he retired at the age of 65 on October 28, 2020.
