H.E. Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked President H.E. Dr Mohamed Muizzu for conveying his well wishes following the Indian General Elections 2024 victory. The Indian Prime Minister expressed his gratitude in a reply to the President’s message on the social media platform X.
In his post, the Indian Prime Minister described the Maldives as a valued partner and neighbour in the Indian Ocean region. He also expressed his eagerness for closer cooperation to further strengthen bilateral ties.
In a separate post on X, the Indian Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for Vice President, H.E. Hussain Mohamed Latheef's message and conveyed that he looks forward to continuing to work together to deepen bilateral partnerships.
