President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with the Sh. Feevah Island Council and Women's Development Committee (WDC) members. The meeting was held at the Secretariat of the North Miladhunmadulu Council.
At the meeting, Council members shared their development needs with the President. Issues raised at the meeting included the need to expedite ongoing projects towards completion, a new school building, sports development catered to youth, and other developmental needs of the island community.
During the meeting, WDC members also conveyed the importance of developing sports on the island and relayed the challenges resulting from budgetary constraints.
In response, the President stated that the Administration would work towards addressing the points raised by the Council. The Ministers in attendance shared the latest updates on the Government's efforts to address the issues.
