President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with the members of the GA. Kanduhulhudhoo Island Council and the Women's Development Committee (WDC) today. The meeting was held at the secretariat of GA. Gemanafushi Island Council.

At the meeting, the Council members emphasised the need for youth development and ATM services. The Council members also conveyed the need to solve the school's space shortage, build multipurpose halls as soon as possible, and expand port space. They also noted other important matters for the island's development, including relocating the Magistrate's court building and road repairs.

Some Ministers in attendance also provided the most recent details on some of the projects the council members had identified. The President remarked during the meeting that he would consider the Council members' requests and strive to fulfil them.
