H.E. President Dr Mohamed Muizzu visited and toured the Huawei Beijing Convention Centre today. The President and his delegation were cordially received by high-ranking representatives from Huawei upon their arrival.
The representatives from Huawei shared substantive information on their recent innovations. They briefed President Dr Muizzu on how these advancements facilitate both governments and individuals in enhancing their daily operations.
The Huawei team also delivered a comprehensive presentation on the benefits of digitalisation to the visiting delegation. This presentation focused on the advantages of digitalisation in addressing global challenges. As such, the Huawei team emphasised their services such as networking solutions for promoting smart governments and green economies.
The President and the First Lady are currently undertaking a state visit to the People's Republic of China at the invitation of H.E. Xi Jinping, the President of China. A high-level delegation is accompanying the President and the First Lady on this visit.
