The President appoints the Speaker of Parliament as a member of the JSC

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, on Wednesday, appointed the Speaker of Parliament, Mohamed Aslam, as a member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).

President Solih presented the Letter of Appointment to Speaker Aslam at a ceremony held at the President’s Office. Speaker Aslam took his oath of office in the presence of Supreme Court Chief Justice Honourable Uz Ahmed Muthasim Adnan.
