President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih inaugurated the completion of harbour upgrading projects on Feevah and Feydhoo Islands in Shaviyani Atoll on Tuesday. These projects were inaugurated during President Solih's ongoing visit to Shaviyani Atoll.
The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) was contracted to carry out the harbour upgrading projects. The projects included a range of improvements such as harbour basin deepening, seawall development, installation of revetments, development of quay walls, pavement, and port lighting.
Under the guidance of President Solih, the administration has made significant progress towards achieving equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. By enhancing the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives, the administration is laying the foundation for a brighter future for all.
