President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Monday appointed Ahmed Faathih to the post of Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Agriculture. Ahmed Fathih holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry from the University of Technology Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Before his new appointment, Ahmed Faathih served as an Immigration Officer at Maldives Immigration.
