Vice President Faisal Naseem has stated that one should endeavor to understand what’s written in the verses of the Holy Quran while reciting. He made this remark while speaking at the inauguration of Hifz Committee in Addu City this evening.
In his speech, he shed light on the holiness of the Quran, stating that we as humans should be afraid of committing sins. He highlighted the importance of guiding each other to the right path and helping each other out as Muslim brothers and sisters.
The Hifz Committee inaugurated today in Addu City comprises of five members. During the ceremony, the Vice President observed the work of the Hifz Committee and encouraged students present there to take the Hifz examination after completing their studies.
After this ceremony, Vice President Faisal Naseem also met with religious scholars in Addu City.
