President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has attended a reception hosted by Donald Trump, the President of United States of America, as part of his visit to New York to attend the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
President Trump hosted the diplomatic reception in honour of the visiting presidents, prime ministers, and other top delegates from over 190 countries. The reception took place at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel, New York, which was among the few opportunities, during the trip, for the world leaders to network and strengthen bilateral ties.
