Vice President Faisal Naseem meets Nolhivaranfaru Councillors and Senior Staff of Nolhivaranfaru School.

Vice President Faisal Naseem has met with council members from Nolhivaranfaru this evening, continuing his visits and consultations with the residents of South Thiladhunmathi Atoll.

The Councillors enumerated their main concerns going forward with the island's development, emphasizing the need to improve their sewerage and waste management systems, resolve the occurrence of power failures, and develop a viable tourism industry to generate income for the locals.

Following his meeting with the council members, the Vice President met with the Nolhivaranfaru School senior management to discuss their priorities and concerns. They noted the impediments they are enduring due to the scarcity of space and the need to ensure that all children get equal access to school resources.

The Vice President listened to their concerns and emphasized that this administration places an exceptionally high priority on education.
