President meets with newly elected MDP PG Leaders

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has met with the newly elected parliamentary group leaders of Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP).

The meeting was held at the President’s Office this afternoon, and meeting attendees included newly elected Parliamentary Group (PG) Leader, Henveiru Central MP Ali Azim, newly elected deputy leaders, Henveiru South MP Hussain Shaheem and Hulhudhoo MP Ilyas Labeeb, and their new Secretary General, Alifushi MP Mohamed Rasheed.

The President and PG leaders discussed ways to improve coordination between the Government and MPs while implementing government policies.
