His Excellency Faisal Naseem, Vice President of the Republic of Maldives gave the commencement speech at the opening ceremony of the Youth Leadership Forum held tonight at Huraavee School.
Speaking at the aforementioned ceremony the Vice President emphasized tolerance and conscientiousness as two vital qualities that would help youth succeed in any endeavour of their choosing, further noting that the number of youth who are now represented across all professional spheres ranging from the government to the private sector is a source of great pride to this country. He welcomed the constructive role that they can play in resolving the many pressing issues still confronting this country and expressed that the government would take their voices and concerns into account in shaping policy.
