The Non-Resident Ambassador of Singapore Paid a Courtesy Call on the Vice President

The Non-Resident Ambassador of Singapore, His Excellency Mr. Chua Thian Poh made a courtesy call on His Excellency, Vice President Faisal Naseem this morning at the President’s Office.

Vice President Naseem welcomed the Ambassador to the Maldives and reaffirmed the close bilateral relations that exist between Maldives and Singapore.

During the call, the Non-Resident Ambassador of Singapore and the Vice President extensively discussed areas of mutual interest between both countries, encompassing such topics as human resource development, rehabilitation, health, and higher education.

The Non-Resident Ambassador of Singapore expressed his hope of working closely with the Maldives and further consolidating existing bilateral relations between the two countries.
