As part of his tour to some islands of South Miladhunmadulu Atoll, President Nasheed has visited Miladhoo and met with the people.
At the meeting, the President informed the people on government’s developmental plans aimed at Miladhoo. Speaking in this regard, the President said that work of establishing a sewerage system in Miladhoo would begin this year. He also added that the government would take necessary measures to supply of clean water and construction of Miladhoo harbour.
During his visit to Miladhoo, the President visited the Miladhoo Hidhayaa School. He also met with a delegation from Magoodhoo.
