The Vice President Fisal Naseem visited GDh. Gadhoo Island as part of his current visit to the islands of Huvadhu Atoll and inaugurated Gadhoo branch of The Centre of Holy Quran at Gaddhoo Island this evening.
Upon the arrival the Vice President was warmly welcomed by the Island’s community.
At the visit, the Vice President inaugurated the Masjid al Ameen mosque in Gaddhoo Island.
Addressing the people of Gaddhoo Island following the inauguration, the Vice President appealed to everyone to take full advantage of the Quran Centre.
He also lauded President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih for his utmost efforts in bringing development and progress to the whole country, without excluding any island. Continuing on, Vice President Naseem spoke of the importance of everyone working together towards achieving the administration’s development goals.
