Vice President Faisal Naseem has called upon everyone to work together in solving the challenges faced in the different sectors of the country. He made this remark in response to a question posed by a journalist, at the Ooredoo Color Run held in Hulhumalé today.
Vice President Naseem highlighted that President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih’s administration welcomes and encourages the private sector’s initiatives to conduct social events that bring everyone together. He also noted that it was the duty of each individual to solve the challenges being faced in the society, and said that everyone is accountable equally in maintaining societal harmony.
The Vice President also underscored the administration’s commitment to fully cooperate and support such social events organized by the private sector.
Vice President Naseem further said that the new administration came in to office with the ambition of achieving the people’s dreams and aspirations.
The Vice President was accompanied at today’s Color Run by some members of the Cabinet. A large number of the general public participated in the run.
