President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has arrived in Thinadhoo Island of South Huvadhu Atoll this morning.
Upon arrival, the President was warmly welcomed by the island's community.
During this tour, the President is scheduled to attend the cremony held to mark the completion of several projects carried out in Thinadhoo.
The ceremony will mark the completion of road construction, Islamic Centre, "Aabaadhee Maizaan" Park, land reclamation & shore protection, construction of 120 housing units, and shore protection in the Baraasil area of Thinadhoo.
