Vice President Abdulla Jihad has attended the ceremony held today, to mark this year’s International Day against Drug Abuse.
During the ceremony held at the Islamic Centre, the Vice President presented the plaque of appreciation to those individuals who contributed to the National Drug Agency.
The Vice President was accompanied at the ceremony by Minister of Home Affairs Azleen Ahmed, Minister of Health Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim, Minister of Gender and Family Aminath Zenysha Shaheed Zaki and other senior officials representing the government.
