President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom and First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim have on Friday morning departed on a private visit to Saudi Arabia.

The President and First Lady were seen off at the airport by Vice President Ahmed Adheeb Abdul Ghafoor.
