First Lady launches "I can speak too" system for students with special needs

First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim has launched a system that would aid students with special needs to use the Dhivehi language, "I can speak too". The system was launched on Thursday evening, at the closing ceremony of the 30th National Oratory Competition.

At the ceremony held this evening, the First Lady awarded prizes for the first place winners of the 30th National Oratory Competition.
