The body of State Dignitary, Late Uz. Abdulla Hameed has been brought to the Maldives on Thursday morning. He passed away on Tuesday, in Bangalore, India.
President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim, Vice President Ahmed Adheeb Abdul Ghafoor, and Speaker of the People’s Majlis Abdulla Maseeh Mohamed attended the ceremony held at Izzuddin Jetty.
Late Uz. Abdulla Hameed’s body was escorted to the Islamic Centre by the Bearer Party of the Maldives National Defence Force.
