President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has today ratified the Second Amendment Bill to the ‘Goods and Services Tax Act’ (Act no: 10/2011).
The Amendment was passed by the Parliament at the 10th sitting of its third session, on 10 November 2014. Following ratification, the bill has been published in the Government Gazette.
