The National Awards Technical Committee has selected 21 recipients, this year, for the National Award for Special Achievement.
The recipients of National Award for Special Achievement will be conferred the awards, at a special function that will be held on Tuesday morning, 11th of November, at Dharubaaruge. President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom will present the awards to all the recipients.
