Vice President Dr. Mohamed Jameel Ahmed has met with the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
During the separate meetings held today, discussions were focused on the bilateral relations that exist between the two countries and ways to further enhance these relations.
The Kuwaiti Crown Prince, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah noted the close relations between two countries, and assured of Kuwait’s assistance to the development of the education and health sectors of the Maldives.
The Crown Prince also conveyed his appreciation to the Government of the Maldives for the support and cooperation extended to Kuwait.
At the meeting held with Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, both parties exchanged views on ways to increase cooperation in all fields.
