President Dr Mohamed Waheed and First Lady Madam Ilham Hussain will host the official reception on the occasion of the Independence Day, on July 27th evening at the National Museum.
Among the invitees to the reception are Former Presidents of the Maldives, the Speaker of the Parliament, the Chief Justice, Cabinet Ministers, Members of the Parliament, State Ministers, foreign dignitaries who arrived for the Independence Day functions, senior government officials, and heads of various independent agencies.
