Vice President Mr Mohamed Waheed Deen has congratulated the blind students who completed the Certificate Level 1 Qari Course with highest achievements.
At the meeting held at the President’s Office, Vice President presented results to the students.
Speaking to the students, Vice President said that the whole country takes pride in their achievements and takes part in celebrating their success. In this regard, he encouraged students with special needs to pursue higher studies and trainings.
He underscored the priority accorded by the government to provide academic and training opportunities for students with special needs and gifted students.
The students thanked the government, especially the Vice President, for the support given to them.
