President Mohamed Nasheed has appointed Ms Mariyam Seena as the Chief Executive Officer Maldives Volunteer Corp. She was appointed to the post in the rank of Deputy Minister.
In addition, the President has made the following appointments:
- Mr Ahmed Luthfee as the Councillor at Male’s Municipality
- Mr Abdulla Gasim as the Councillor for Mathimaradhoo of L. Gan
- Mr Nashid Abdulla as the Councillor for Fonadhoo of
L. Atoll.
