Palestinian Minister of Waqf and Religious Affairs, Dr Mahmoud Al Habbash has paid a courtesy call on President Dr Mohamed Waheed. The meeting was held this morning at the President’s Office.
At the meeting, President Waheed said his administration accords a high priority to strengthen relations with Arab countries. He also assured of government’s continuous support and cooperation to the Palestinian people.
Minister Habbash expressed hope that the historic ties that exists between the two countries would further strengthen in the future.
