President Dr Mohamed Waheed has met with the Minister of Finance of Kuwait His Excellency Mustafa Jassem Al-Shemali.
During the meeting the President briefed the Finance Minister about the economic and development situations in the Maldives, particularly about the government’s plans to promote foreign investment in the country.
The Finance Minister said that Kuwait was ready to work with the government in promoting economic development in the Maldives.
