The President’s Office has issued a directive to government offices on reporting disasters and abnormal incidents. The Directive requests information on natural disasters and abnormal incidents be shared promptly with responsible government agencies as well as the President’s Office.
The Directive states sharing information will facilitate prompt response from the government.
Cabinet Secretary was appointed as the focal point for reporting by government offices.
