National Flag to be flown at half-mast following death of MP Dr Afrashim Ali

Following the the death of Parliament member for the Raa Ungoofaaru region, late Dr Afrashim Ali, President Dr Mohamed Waheed has declared that the National Flag be flown at half-mast, from 2 October 2012 till the end of 4 October 2012.

Dr Afrashim Ali was stabbed to death in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
