President Dr Mohamed Waheed has this morning departed on an official trip to the United States, to attend the 67th UN General Assembly. During this trip, the President will be accompanied by First Lady Madam Ilham Hussain.
During his visit, the President will deliver a speech at the UN General Assembly, and meet with some Heads of State attending the meeting, and senior officials of the various UN organisations.
