President Sends a Message of Sympathy to the Indian President

President Dr Mohamed Waheed has sent a message of sympathy to President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, following the bus crash in Himachal Pradesh.

The President’s message to the Indian President reads as follows.

It was with intense sadness that I learned about the bus crash in Himachal Pradesh which killed several people and injured many of the people.

At this time of distress, the Government and citizens of Maldives send our heartfelt sympathy to you, the Government and people of India.
