President and Vice President extend condolences to the family of late LCpl Adam Haleem

President Dr Mohamed Waheed and Vice President Mohamed Waheed Deen have met with the family of late Lance Corporal Adam Haleem of the Maldives Police Service, who was stabbed to death in the early hours of Monday morning.

The President and the Vice President, personally met with the family at the jetty when his body was brought to Male’ this morning.

Members of the cabinet, senior officials of the government, senior and other officials at the Maldives police service also met with the family, and expressed their condolences.
