Members of Fuwahmulaku Councils have today met with President Dr Mohamed Waheed and Vice President Mohamed Waheed Deen. The meeting was held this afternoon at the President’s Office.
During the meeting the members of the councils conveyed the people’s congratulations to the President on his assumption of office. They also expressed the people’s support to the government. The members of the councils further briefed the President on the developmental challenges faced by the people of the atoll.
President and Vice President thanked the people of Fuwahmulaku for their support and cooperation with the government. They also assured council members that the developmental concerned faced by the people would be looked into, and necessary measures would be taken.
