President Mohamed Nasheed has constituted the Governing Board of Maldives Qualification Authority.
The board was constituted to facilitate the growth and development of higher education system in the country.
Minister of State for Education Dr. Ahmed Ali Maniku is appointed as the Chairman of the Governing Board of Maldives Qualification Authority.
With the appointment of the Governing Board of Maldives Qualification Authority, the President has revoked the Regulatory Board of Maldives Qualification Authority.
