President Mohamed Nasheed and First Lady Laila Ali have attended the 25th Anniversary function of the “Maldivian Students’ Association” of United Kingdom, held at Dharubaaruge last night.
In his speech as a founder member of the association, President Nasheed highlighted on the history and creation of the association, and thanked the members for continuing the various activities of the association.
The President and the First Lady also donated to the fund for children with a disability, which was opened last night at the function.
