President Mohamed Nasheed has returned to Malé, this evening, after concluding his visit to Sri Lanka.
During this visit President Nasheed met with the President of Sri Lanka and other senior officials of the Sri Lankan Government, and held discussions on ways to further strengthen the close bilateral relations between the two countries.
President Nasheed also discussed about the important issues noted by both the countries, and matters to be discussed at the SAARC Summit to be held in November this year.
The President will share details of his visit in tomorrow’s radio address.
