His Royal Highness Prince Fahad Saud Alshalan of Saudi Arabia paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu this afternoon at the President’s Office.
During the courtesy call, the President highlighted that the Maldives International Financial Centre (MIFC) will serve as a key pillar in the nation’s economic diversification agenda. He expressed appreciation for the longstanding and valued relationship between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia, and thanked His Royal Highness for visiting the Maldives and gracing the occasion of the Joint Venture Agreement Signing Ceremony for the establishment of the MIFC between the Ministry of Finance and Planning and MBS Global Investments.
His Royal Highness Prince Fahad Saud Alshalan of Saudi Arabia, expressed his commitment to supporting the Maldives’ development efforts and conveyed his interest in building further cooperation in mutually beneficial areas. He commended President Dr Muizzu’s vision for the country’s progress and expressed willingness to strengthen bilateral relations across various sectors.
