His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu on Wednesday visited the Tartu City, during his official visit to the Republic of Estonia.

Upon arrival, President Dr Muizzu was warmly welcomed by Mr Urmas Klaas, the Mayor of Tartu. The President, accompanied by the Mayor then toured the iconic Town Hall Square, who provided valuable insights into its historical significance. To commemorate the visit, the President signed the Visitors’ Book.

Tartu City is the second largest city in Estonia, and Tartu Town Hall serves as the primary area for both trade and settlement. During the visit to the City, the President will visit the University of Tartu, Estonian Biobank, and the Estonian National Museum (ERM)

The President is currently on an official visit to Estonia at the invitation of His Excellency Dr Alar Karis, President of the Republic of Estonia. He is accompanied by a high-level delegation of the Government.
