Vice President Hussein Mohamed Latheef attended the Opening Ceremony of “Paris 2024 Olympics”, at the invitation of the French Government and International Olympic Committee.
On Thursday night, the Vice President met with the Maldivian contingent participating in the “Paris 2024 Olympics” and is scheduled to attend their respective competitions.
This year, five Maldivians will compete in the “Paris 2024 Olympics”, marking the country's highest level of participation.
