President H.E. Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with H.E. Gaston Browne, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, on the sidelines of the fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4).
During the meeting, the President commended the excellent arrangements made by the Antiguan and Barbudan Government for the Conference and expressed his appreciation for the warm hospitality extended to the Maldivian delegation.
The leaders' discussions ranged from issues relating to the conference as well as issues of concern to SIDS. They additionally discussed cooperating to strengthen resilience and collaborating on multilateral platforms and issues of shared interest.
Antigua and Barbuda is hosting the fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4) from May 27-29, 2024.
