President Dr Mohamed Muizzu engaged in discussions with the Hithaadhoo Island Council and Women's Development Committee (WDC) to address their concerns and the most pertinent needs of the residential community. The meeting was held at the Secretariat of the Hithaadhoo Council.
During the meeting, the Council emphasized the urgency to expedite the commencement of harbour renovation work, the necessity of building housing units on the island through land reclamation, the importance of road construction, the need to enhance the quality of the health center, challenges faced in supplying electricity to the island, and other infrastructure development projects crucial for the island's overall development
President Dr Muizzu, along with Cabinet Ministers present at the meeting, provided the latest updates on the issues raised by the Council.
