President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with the members of the N. Miladhoo Island Council. The meeting was held at the N. Miladhoo Fenaka Office.
At the meeting, Council members shared their development needs with the President. The Council members emphasised the need to implement modern roads and install revetments. Furthermore, they expressed the Health Centre's intention to extend laboratory services to the public, stressed the need for a modern youth centre, and highlighted the urgency of completing the multipurpose hall at the school. Additionally, the Council underscored the importance of developing the sports sector.
Speaking at the meeting, the President committed to kickstart stalled projects, assess various ongoing initiatives, and make efforts to ensure they align with the council's and residents' needs. The attending Ministers provided updates on the Government's ongoing efforts to address these concerns.
