The President and First Lady visit the Chinese Communist Party Museum

H.E. President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and H.E. First Lady Sajidha Mohamed visited the Chinese Communist Party Museum in Beijing, China, today.

Representatives from the museum provided the President and the First Lady with an overview showcasing Chinese culture, and significant historical moments, followed by a tour.

The President and First Lady additionally signed the guest book at the museum. In the message, President Dr Muizzu noted the exhibition's outstanding display of the CCP's long history in understanding the party's evolution. He added that the efforts to preserve this important period of Chinese history are commendable.

The President and the First Lady are currently undertaking a state visit to the People's Republic of China at the invitation of H.E. Xi Jinping, the President of China. A high-level delegation is accompanying the President and the First Lady on this visit.
