Vice President Faisal Naseem emphasised on Tuesday the critical need for continuous skill enhancement and adaptability in our fast-paced world and asserted that lifelong learning and flexibility are essential for success with rapid technological progress and shifting global scenarios. He made these remarks during his address at the inauguration of the 'Future Landscape of Coaching' masterclass series.
The World of Tomorrow organised the event at Villa Nautica in partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It is aimed at professionals and seeks to cultivate a comprehensive coaching culture in the Maldives.
In his address, Vice President Naseem highlighted the necessity of continuous professional development, coaching, and mentoring in response to the swiftly evolving global landscape and technological advancements. He noted that for a small nation like the Maldives, which relies on productivity and limited resources, it is paramount to enhance its workforce's skills.
Mr Robert Garcia, the Vice President of ICF, led the masterclass. The session was centred around 'The Future Landscape of Coaching in Organisations.' It delved into the dynamic environment of coaching within organisations and underscored the importance of aligning strategic objectives with a solid organisational culture.
